The 570W power supply has a maximum power output of 570W and is a high efficiency power supply for these Poweredge systems.
The power supply will work in Dell Poweredge R710, Poweredge T610, Powervault NX3000, Powervault DL2100
The replacement DELL J98GF A570P-00 570W POWER SUPPLY POWEREDGE R710/T610 power supply was tested and removed from a working server. The fan in has been checked to make sure it is operating correctly.
To replace the Dell Poweredge R710 570W power supply push the orange handle to the right and slide the power supply out. To install the Poweredge R710 power supply slide it in and you should here it and feel it snap into place.
In the Dell Poweredge R710 all 570W and 870W will work in any of the servers regardless of part number. If you have redundant power supplies the wattages need to match each other. The 870W is the high output power supply and the 570W is the energy efficient option. Once you hit a certain configuration you need to use the higher output 870W power supplies
